We order freshly pelletized hops from our favorite Coloraro Hop Farm, High Wire Hops. They pelletize the hops they pick and these things are awesome. We repackage them in double nitrogen flushed, light and moisture barrier packaging.
Colorado Cascade hops are sitting right at 7.3% Alpha Acid and have an amazing aroma of pine, citrus and slight spice.
