Dried Lemon Peel (1/4 Diced) - 1 oz

Dried lemon peel imparts a very light lemon character to beer and wine.  We recommend adding 1/2 - 1 oz to the boil for the last 5 minutes.

Consider using in a Saison, Belgian Wit, or other fun recipes.
