Fernlands Sauvignon Blanc - 750 ml Bottle

The vineyard where Fernlands Sauvignon Blanc is grown is one of Marlborough’s best. The soil is an ancient riverbed comprised of three unique terraces of free draining silty loam topsoil. There are 2,500 vines per hectare and all have 2-3 canes adding enhanced flavour concentration to each and every grape bunch.

 Fernlands is produced in a “New Generation” Winery in the heart of Marlborough. We use temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and carefully select yeast strains chosen for their ability to capture the true essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
