Ginger Root Pieces 1/4" - 1 oz

Small cut pieces of dry ginger root.  Used to add ginger flavor and/or spice to beer.  Boiling for about 10 minutes imparts a gentle ginger flavor.  Adding to the Secondary ferment adds a spicier flavor.

Use 1/2 - 3 oz per 5 gallon batch.
