Italian Pils - Tombstone Brewing Co - 16 oz can

Although Italian Pils is not really its own style (German brewers have been dry-hopping their Pilsners for over a century), it is a delicious idea. This interpretation uses Italian Eraclea Pilsner malt and is hop-bursted and dry-hopped with a combination of Strisselspalt and Barbe Rouge Hops to give it a spicy floral character with notes of citrus and ripe berries. We do wish people would quit pretending Italian Pils is something new, but at least its popularity gives us an excuse to brew another bright, clean, and extremely refreshing hoppy lager!

ABV: 5.4%
