Hey, keep it cool, partner. We’re making a really nice, classic West Coast IPA over here and can’t let the outlaws & gunfighters catch wind; we’re not looking for any trouble around here.

Lay Low is built with modern West Coast principles in mind while retaining classic elevated bitterness and a nuanced, bright Grapefruit and Pine character thanks to big Kettle and Whirlpool additions from HBC 586, Mosaic, and Centennial. We followed up with a healthy Dry Hop of Strata, Centennial, and Chinook Cryo for an experience that conjures a weekend sitting in the long shadows of Payson Pines. We’re getting back into weekend camping mode and Lay Low is the perfect creek and fireside companion.

Lay Low happens to be our 800th unique beer since our opening nearly 9 years ago and as we gear toward our anniversary next month, we want to say thank you to anyone who’s even tried 1 of those 800 though we’re sure a good few of you are racking up the tally marks. Thanks for getting us to a milestone that would’ve been crazy to conceptualize 9 years ago! Come by this weekend and consider some old favorites as you put another notch in your belt with this beautiful hoppy beer.

Please note that all alcohol sales require a valid ID at pickup time, and the ID must match the name on your order. Age 21 and up only, the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited.  Please bring your order email receipt with you to expedite your pickup service.  

Sales will be voided and no refund offered if the ID is not valid, if the purchaser is found to be under 21 years of age, or is intoxicated.  

We do not ship alcohol. All purchased alcohol is available for pick up at High Altitude Home Brew Supply and Bottle Shop located at 2711 E Lakin Dr Unit 1 suite 2.  Pick up hours are from 10:30 AM - 5:45 PM Tuesday - Saturday. 

Accepted forms of ID: Driver license, State-issued Identification cards, Military Identification Cards, U.S. Passport, valid Foreign Passport, or U.S. Immigration cards.
