Ontanon Crianza Rioja - 750 ml bottle

The fermentation of this wine was carried out very calmly, since it lasted for 20 days, leaving the skins in maceration for 8 more days to extract all the personality of the varieties used. It was aged in American oak barrels (60%) and French oak (40%) with a duration of 12 months, in which 2 racking took place.

Long maceration with a controlled temperature of 25-28ºC.

Ruby red, Covered in cape. It shows violet edges of his youth.  Complex. Spicy and with balsamic touches. Ripe fruits, dairy products, mild spices, truffle and mineral notes.  Wide and balanced entry. It is tasty, meaty and full of fruit nuances and noble aging.
