(General AA range 8.6-12%) Pride of Ringwood is primarily a bittering variety hop. It will give your beer a distinctly Australian flavor, imparting a resinous character with some fruit-like tones in the mix. Pride of Ringwood originates from the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Works great for a number of beer styles including Amber Ale, Lager, Fruit Lambic, Pale Ale, Australian Lager, and Golden Ales.
