Rakau Hops - 1 oz

This dual purpose hop out of New Zealand offers a wide range of possibilities.  With flavors and aromas of intense tropical fruit and pine this hop can stand alone in a single hop beer of pair well with other hops to produce IPAs, Pale Ales, Golden Ales or Lagers.  Don't let that stop you from experimenting with it in other styles. 

Lovely and pungent whifs of ripe fruit (particularly peach) backed with bright notes of grapefruit juice, stone fruits, and a suggestion of tropical flowers and balsam, which can be brought closer to the front with dry hopping.
