Spruce beer extract from Rainbow Flavors. Concentrated flavor extract for making your own sodas. Mix with water and sugar, then either carbonate by bottle conditioning with yeast, or force carbonate in a keg.
Can also be added to beer to give it that special spruce character.
One 2 fl oz bottle makes about 4 gallons of soda.
