St James is our house IRA and flagship. Beloved for its full, slightly biscuit-like malt character and mellow hints of cocoa and chocolate, this beer gracefully integrates New and Old school Red ale convention. Big pine and citrus explode off the nose balancing a complex malt character in the most amazing way. This beer is double dry-hopped with a blend of house favorites
